Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job purpose:

Responsible for developing and implementing cost control systems and procedures for the company's construction projects. This includes developing budgets, tracking actual costs, identifying and managing cost variances, and reporting on cost performance. He also plays a key role in ensuring that the company complies with all applicable cost-control regulations.
