Roles & Responsibilities

A leading catering company in Doha is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic strong>COST CONTROL MANAGER to oversee financial discipline across its operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across multiple projects and client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain cost control systems across catering operations
  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance
  • Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure alignment
  • Generate accurate reports using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in cost control within the catering industry
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • GCC experience preferred
