Develop and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, and control procedures
Track and analyze project expenditures and variances
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for management
Assist in change management and scope control to prevent cost overruns
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost efficiency
Conduct regular cost performance reviews and audits
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure financial compliance
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Production Engineering
10 20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Offshore/Refinery EPC projects
Hands-on experience at module fabrication yards for projects with Aramco, ADNOC, Qatar Energy, or Qatar Gas
Strong knowledge of cost control tools and software (e.g., SAP, Primavera Cost Manager)
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
