Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer with a civil engineering background and proven experience in building and villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring that financial resources are used efficiently throughout the project lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry, with a focus on residential buildings and villa projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.

• Proficient in cost control software, MS Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
