Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Costing & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain detailed product costing covering raw materials, labor, overheads, wastage, yield, and packaging.
- Monitor actual vs standard costs, analyze variances, and identify cost leakages.
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and costing sheets.
- Support pricing decisions with accurate cost and margin analysis.
Manufacturing & Inventory Control
- Track material consumption, production yield, and inventory valuation.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and procurement teams to validate costing data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare periodic cost reports and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with accounts, operations, and procurement teams for cost-related inputs.
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with payroll coordination, staff records, and basic office administration.
- Support vendor communications and internal coordination.
- Prepare administrative and MIS reports as required by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of product costing and inventory control.
- Experience using ERP or manufacturing accounting systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical capability.
- Prior experience in rubber, plastic, or industrial manufacturing.
- Factory-floor oriented and hands-on approach.
- Comfortable working closely with production and operations teams

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Industry: Manufacturing (Rubber / Plastic / Industrial Products)
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours including lunch break)
