Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Cost Analysis and Reporting:
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, including cost of goods sold and gross margin analysis.
  Monitor and report variances between budgeted and actual costs.
  Assist in cost allocation and reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy.
  Inventory Management:
  Track and reconcile inventory movements and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
  Conduct regular inventory audits and manage discrepancies.
  Analyze inventory turnover and product margin to help control operating costs.
  Cost Forecasting and Budgeting:
  Support the preparation of cost forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data and identifying trends.
  Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production and Purchasing) to gather cost-related inputs for budgeting processes.
  Using Foodics:
  Using Foodics to analyze financial data, track sales, and ensure accurate recording of cost information.
  Implement and maintain cost controls using Foodics to improve financial performance.
  Provide support to Foodics system users and provide guidance for reporting and analysis.
  Cost Methodology:
  Implement and maintain cost methodologies such as standard costing, actual costing, and activity-based costing.
  Ensure accuracy in applying cost data across departments.
  Collaboration and Support:
  Work closely with finance, operations, and management to ensure accurate cost Provint in sic report recommendations on cost reduction initiatives and process

  Compliance and Auditing:
