Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to travelers.
  • Utilize travel management software to create detailed itineraries and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Monitor travel expenses and prepare reports for management to analyze cost-saving opportunities.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, including visa requirements and health advisories, to guide clients effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any travel issues or changes promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and service providers to enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct post-travel evaluations to gather feedback and improve future travel planning processes.
  • Train and mentor junior travel consultants, sharing best practices and insights to elevate team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel management or a similar role.
  • Certifications such as Travel Management Professional (TMP) or Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE) are a plus.
  • Proven expertise in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess travel data and identify cost-effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to meet the needs of international travelers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software for efficient operations.
