Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Summary
Handling daily corporate sales support tasks such as activation, migration, SIM swaps, service activation, credit notes, and sending bills.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating with corporate sales teams and POS agents to resolve line issues.
• Updating monthly sales and achievement reports for direct teams and dealers, and preparing monthly stock reports.
• Ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
• Facilitating effective communication with various departments to promptly address any challenges that could potentially impede the sales process and hinder sales achievements.
• Efficiently managing corporate customer requests to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports, while also closely monitoring rejected contracts.
• Taking charge of stock-related matters to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Proficiently handling blank SIM activations, SIM swaps, migration requests, and processing corporate-specific inquiries.
• Attending to MD (Managing Director) requests and facilitating bill issuance requests in a prompt and accurate manner.
Competencies
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language
• Kurdish (required)
• English (required)
• Arabic (preferred)
