Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and target new corporate clients within the ceramics and sanitary ware sector to expand the company s B2B portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored product solutions to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company s products and brand.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales Products not Services
- Must Have car
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective product solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
