Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with strong business development capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
• Present tailored travel solutions to clients and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage key accounts and ensure seamless execution of travel services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics using ERP and CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with strong exposure to corporate travel sales.
• Proven expertise in Account Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
