Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets within the corporate sector.

Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Forecast sales revenue and track performance against targets.

Create and manage sales budgets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

Understand the client's needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.

Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Management:

Train and manage a team of corporate sales representatives.

Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback.

Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.

Monitor and evaluate team performance.

Sales Process Management:

Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Prepare and present sales reports and presentations.

Negotiate and close sales contracts.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and e-learning, to ensure alignment.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Attend industry events.

Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.

Generate leads and qualify prospects.

Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (master s preferred).

at least 15 years of sales experience and at least 3 years of experience as a manager

Proven track record of success in corporate sales management.

Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel as required.
