Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive all corporate sales and Direct sales integration request and follow up with relevant department (IT, Business and Operations).
- Make integration proposal prices for the client and send it to them.
- Raise Jira request for POS integration and follow up until the client receive the service efficiently.
- Send all corporate POS requests to sales support and make sure until Activation by Operation team and Intersoft.
- Prompt resolving clients issues related to integration and POS with internal departments.
- Sending mail requesting waiving approval of integration fees and reducing POS rates for important clients to Business department and AL Rajhi Bank .
- Ensure accurate, timely and successful installation of the product through entire implementation cycle.
- Validates clients documents and ensure smooth service provided .
