Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage corporate performance frameworks, including KPIs, balanced scorecards, and performance reporting systems.

Lead the performance planning and monitoring cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and annual business plans.

Analyze performance data and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
