Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate HSE strategies, policies, and objectives aligned with Aramco and company requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HSE Managers to ensure consistent performance and reporting.
- Oversee risk assessments, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across pipeline project sites.
- Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
- Approve HSE plans, Emergency Response Plans, Permit-to-Work systems, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Monitor HSE KPIs and performance metrics, reporting findings to corporate leadership and clients.
- Drive HSE training, awareness, and competency programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, and pollution prevention initiatives.
- Liaise with Aramco inspectors, regulators, and contractors on HSE matters.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety across pipeline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Science.
- Aramco HSE Approval is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
- 15+ years of HSE experience in oil and gas pipeline projects, including leadership of HSE teams.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco and international HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
