Job Description

A Corporate HR Executive plays a crucial role in the strategic management and oversight of human resources functions within an organization. The Corporate HR Executive acts as a liaison between the organization s management and its employees, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of employees.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to other HR specialists and staff members.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an HR executive role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change and organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and management systems used industry-wide.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
