The Role

We are hiring a Corporate Development Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing our investor relationships, capital planning, and future fundraising initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong transaction execution experience and a deep understanding of the fintech and investment landscape.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Communications

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Prepare investor updates, board materials, fundraising decks, and data rooms.
  • Serve as a key point of contact during due diligence processes.

Capital Planning & Strategic Finance

  • Assist with financial planning related to capital structure, scenario modelling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the development of financial models to support M&A, partnerships, and fundraising efforts.
  • Support CFO and leadership with capital strategy, treasury, and liquidity planning.

Transaction Execution

  • Drive end-to-end execution of M&A, strategic investments, and fundraising transactions.
  • Conduct valuation analyses, build integrated financial models, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (legal, tax, advisors).

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and deal flow within the fintech ecosystem.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets or strategic partners aligned with the company s long-term objectives.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record working on capital raises, M&A transactions, or strategic corporate projects.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, digital banking, or the broader financial services space is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with C-suite and external investors.
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
