Job Description

A Corporate Banking Manager is a pivotal figure in the banking industry, responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met comprehensively. This role requires a deep understanding of banking products, client relationship management, and strategic business development. The manager will work closely with large corporations, providing them with tailored financial solutions, including loans, credit facilities, and treasury services, among others. Success in this position is achieved by cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. The Corporate Banking Manager acts as a critical point of contact, liaising between the bank and its corporate clientele, thereby driving both the client's and the bank's growth objectives forward.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of client relationship strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve corporate banking growth targets.
  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of a portfolio of corporate accounts and clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in corporate banking or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client agreements and contracts.
