Job Description

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving success and building strong relationships with our corporate clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to identify business opportunities, and effectively communicate solutions to clients to meet their needs and achieve sales targets. The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional negotiation skills, comprehensive market insight, and the ability to collaborate across teams to further corporate objectives. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage industry knowledge to create compelling proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by managing and growing assigned accounts strategically.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape for strategic advantage.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and effective escalation if necessary.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and conferences to build brand presence.
  • Evaluate client feedback and implement strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in account management or sales in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of managing successful large-scale corporate accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with Salesforce experience preferred.
