Missions

Core Engineer:

Provide supervision (Health check) and maintain Core CS/PS infrastructures.

Ensure the management and resolution of level 2 and 3 incidents, in coordination with the NOC and support teams, to guarantee service continuity.

Analyze the performance indicators (KPIs) of the Core CS/PS network, propose and implement optimization actions.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Core equipment to ensure its availability and stability.

Participate in projects to develop and deploy new services and features on the Core network.

Preparation of regular technical reports and participation in the continuous improvement of processes.

VAS Engineer:

Ensure the management and resolution of technical incidents related to VAS services.

Supervision, configuration and maintenance of mobile value-added services (VAS) platforms.

Analysis of VAS service performance via KPIs and implementation of corrective actions.

Coordination with network, marketing and supplier teams to ensure the successful deployment of services.

Participation in the integration and deployment of new VAS services in compliance with operator standards.

Development of technical reports and monitoring of service quality indicators.

Technological monitoring of developments in value-added mobile services and proposal of innovations.

Radio Engineer:

Analysis and resolution of radio quality and interference issues.

Planning, design and optimization of radio networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).

Carrying out coverage studies, sizing sites and analyzing radio performance.

Audit of network settings and features.

Supervision and maintenance of radio equipment.

Participation in drive test campaigns and use of field data to improve coverage and quality.

Collaborate with engineering, field and deployment teams to ensure effective implementation of radio projects.

Technological monitoring of new radio solutions and contribution to their integration into the network.

Development of technical reports and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Common Missions:

Write and update technical and operational documentation.

Participate in on-call duties and ensure continuity of service 24/7.

Profile

 Engineer or Master 2 in Electronics/Telecommunications.

 Two to two years of experience in the field is desirable.
