An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator, Hail Warehouse , based in Hail.

Summary:

Carries out a range of warehouse and stores activities to ensure the smooth flow and availability of goods into and out of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•    Provides support and guidance to more junior colleagues.
•    Deals with inbound/outbound operations, processing information and documentation as required.
•    Interacts with internal/external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments and product availability.
•    Coordinates the ordering, distribution and tracking of inventory.
•    Coordinates sales/maintenance/production order entry into systems and maintains vendor/supplier/customer records.
•    Schedules inbound/outbound logistics in terms of establishing arrival terms.
•    Prepares daily receiving/deliveries and shipping schedules.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Diploma degree in a relevant field.

1 year of experience.
