Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Marjeyoun District

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cooker to prepare delicious meals according to menu and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess excellent culinary skills, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of international dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and sides.

Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant or chef.

Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, and equipment.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health department regulations.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.


Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience as a Cooker.

Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items when necessary.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Hotel Management BT3 certificate is a must, or equivalent. Culinary extra training is a plus.
