Are you passionate about driving business growth through successful events and conventions? We re looking for a Convention Sales Executive who will promote and sell our hotel s convention and event facilities, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting revenue and sales targets in a world-class 5-star hotel environment.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities for conventions, conferences, banquets, and events.
Achieving individual and team sales targets for convention and banquet revenue.
Responding promptly to client inquiries and preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and quotations.
Conducting site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
Coordinating with the banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
Following up post-event to secure repeat business and gather feedback.
Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Preparing sales activity reports and maintaining accurate client records.
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 3 years of proven convention or event sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury venue.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as required.
