Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing, negotiating and reviewing various RFPs and contracts such as service agreements and business partnerships
- Draft new contracts and ensure compliance by all relevant parties
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and laws
- Support the technical team in projects
- Develop contract proposal to support organizational goals
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in alignment with deadlines
- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budgets
- 7+ years of experience in contracts management
- Familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are an added value
- Bachelor degree in Engineering - preferably Civil engineering
- Post-graduate diploma in Construction Law , Master s in Law is an added value
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
