Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing, negotiating and reviewing various RFPs and contracts such as service agreements and business partnerships

  • Draft new contracts and ensure compliance by all relevant parties
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and laws
  • Support the technical team in projects
  • Develop contract proposal to support organizational goals
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in alignment with deadlines
  • Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budgets
  • 7+ years of experience in contracts management
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are an added value
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering - preferably Civil engineering
  • Post-graduate diploma in Construction Law , Master s in Law is an added value
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
