Your mission

You are in charge of the control and administrative management of the contract or project, the analysis and management of risks and opportunities in order to optimize the profitability of the project

Your responsibilities

• You advise and support the project teams / Project Manager in the execution of contracts: you monitor any contractual impacts in the event of events affecting the realization of the site, you are the interface with the legal department and other services concerned in the event of difficulty in executing the contract
• You ensure the traceability of supporting documents
• You participate in the management of relations with other project stakeholders: you address all aspects of the contracts to reduce risks and maximize financial returns, you ensure coordination with other support services of the company and seize them in a timely manner
• You contribute to the project's document management, ensure contractual correspondence between the different stakeholders: you coordinate claims and manage all their impacts and the compilation of the necessary documentation
• You can intervene in the offer phase on the analysis of risks and opportunities
