Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contract Control and Monitoring Officer

  • Assist and monitor the status of execution of contractual commitments under awarded contracts.
  • Establish the dashboard of operations relating to placing orders.
  • Contribute with the hierarchy to monitoring the status of the company's procurement plan.
  • Provide assistance to contracting services to find the necessary solutions to difficulties encountered during contract execution.
  • Preparation and drafting of necessary letters.
  • University degree in law.
  • Two 02 years in the field of procurement or legal.
  • Good knowledge of contract law and administrative management.
  • Proficiency in office tools and tracking software (ERP, Excel).
