Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end contract administration, from drafting to closure.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, variations, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor contract performance, risks, and claims management.
- Support project teams with contractual advice and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Engineering / Business or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in contract administration within [relevant industry].
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC / EPC contracts and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
