Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end contract administration, from drafting to closure.
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, variations, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance, risks, and claims management.
  • Support project teams with contractual advice and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Engineering / Business or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in contract administration within [relevant industry].
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC / EPC contracts and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
