Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a structured, responsible personality (m/f/d) who will manage our social media content with organization, reliability and an eye for detail. As a content manager, you will be responsible for planning, controlling and implementing our content on all relevant channels, with clear processes, a defined daily routine and a high level of reliability.


Your area of responsibility



Editorial planning: Coordination of cross-channel content planning (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and ensuring on-time, standard-compliant publications.


Quality control: Control of texts, images and multimedia content according to defined guidelines for a consistently professional appearance.


Community Management: Supporting our community in a binding, factual tone and systematic feedback.


Performance monitoring: Regular analyses and reports, comprehensible documentation of the results and derivation of clear suggestions for improvement.


Systematic trend monitoring: Checking social media trends for feasibility and integrating realistic ideas into our processes.


Ad management: Systematic further development of our ad formats with a focus on implementation and efficiency.



Requirements



Enjoyment of clear processes and orientation towards procedures instead of spontaneous improvisation.


Reliability, detail orientation and compliance with time and organizational standards.


Willingness to take responsibility and deliver high-quality content on time.


Binding communication, both written and oral, in clear, factual German and English.


Initial experience in social media, marketing or consulting is an advantage, but not mandatory. We will train you in a structured way.
