Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and create high-quality content (text, images, videos, graphics, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize content strategy.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Campaigns & Branding

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and collaborations.
  • Work with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to increase reach.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand s identity, values, and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (1 3+ years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Fluent in english is must .
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (AUC,GUC,BUE,FUEpreferred).
  • Strong portfolio of creative content (posts, videos, campaigns, or blogs).
