Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, produce, and edit engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and ensure relevance.

Write compelling copy, scripts, and captions that enhance visual storytelling and drive audience engagement.

Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all channels.

Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and impact.

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Source, curate, and edit images, videos, and audio to enhance content quality and appeal.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content formats and campaigns.

Maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all produced content.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

3 to 4 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within a media production or digital marketing environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia content across different platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in content management systems and digital publishing tools.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt to evolving trends.

Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and inform strategy.
