Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Researching market and internal insights to support creative communication plans.

  • Developing social media content calendars and ensuring consistent posting across platforms.

  • Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and staying up to date with the latest trends and platform features.

  • Creating and curating short-form videos and Reels, using trending formats and sounds.

  • Writing creative briefs for designers and aligning deliverables with campaign objectives.

  • Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging visual and video content.

  • Understanding design directions and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and visuals.

  • Shooting mobile videos and photos; experience in mobile videography is an advantage.

  • Reporting and measuring the performance of content and adjusting strategies to maximize impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 2 4 years of experience in Content Creation (agency experience is a must).

  • A bachelor s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging campaigns.

  • Knowledge of design principles, creative direction, and visual storytelling.

  • Basic photography and videography skills, with mobile shooting considered a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and effective time management.

  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for creativity and innovation.
