Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Content Creator who loves being behind the camera, thrives in editing suites, and understands the power of storytelling in real estate. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating dynamic content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms, with an emphasis on helping our agents grow their personal brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content (short-form & long-form) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Work closely with agents to highlight their personalities, lifestyles, and unique real estate expertise.
• Deliver content on time with no delays, ensuring consistency in posting and brand voice.
• Assist with brainstorming content strategies and creative concepts to elevate personal branding.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends, audio/visual styles, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Organize and manage digital assets to ensure quick retrieval and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in content creation, videography, and editing
• Proficiency with editing software
• Skilled in both shooting and post-production.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines without delay.
