Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.
- Create original and compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos, that align with marketing objectives and target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising, as needed.
- Demonstrate creativity and a passion for storytelling through engaging and innovative content creation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are essential for creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing strategy
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- A creative portfolio showcasing previous content creation work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
