Consultant Sustainability Strategy & Transformation Deloitte

Support the development and growth of our practice and contribute to the delivery of our Sustainability, Climate and ESG related services.

Support the client in development of ESG roadmaps and strategies on a variety of ESG related topics.

Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards including GRI, SDG s, TCFD, IFRS and other relevant frameworks

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.

Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating a company s performance against industry-specific criteria and standards.

Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, industry best practices, and emerging sustainability trends, incorporating them into organisational strategies.

Support the team with the development of client proposals for carbon and climate-related services.

Preparation of thought leadership materials in collaboration with other team members and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Sustainability/Environment-related disciplines or Engineering, Science, or similar

Master s degree in the above fields is an advantage.

Total Experience - 1-3 years.

Technical skillset - ESG and Sustainability related knowledge and understanding.span> Ideally in ESG Strategy, Net Zero, SDG s, big CCAS - climate change and sustainability services, and Reporting Frameworks.

Preferred Certifications: GRI, ISO 14064, GARP SCR, FSA ISSB.

Industry focus - Real Estate, Consumer Goods, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and other.

Preferred fluency in Arabic language.
