Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will work on integration, development or application maintenance (TMA) projects, playing a key role between the business and technical teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the client in the implementation and optimization of the SAP SD module on SAP S/4HANA environments .

  • Analyze the business processes linked to the Order-to-Cash chain (sales management, deliveries, invoicing, pricing, etc.).

  • Identify gaps between business needs and standard SAP functionalities, and propose the necessary adjustments (configuration or specific development).

  • Carry out the setting and configuration of the SD module in accordance with the functional requirements.

  • Perform and document unit and integration tests , write test scripts and ensure validation of deliverables.

  • Participate in inter-module integrations (FI, MM, PP) and with third-party systems.

  • Provide functional and technical support to key users.

  • Contribute to the training and skills development of users.

  • Ensure a quality customer relationship , guaranteeing a high level of communication and satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Higher education at Bac +5 level (engineering school, business school or university).

Minimum 3 years of experience on the SAP SD module .

Have participated in at least two complete integration projects (Build and TMA).

Good command of sales and distribution processes in SAP.

Good level of technical understanding of the SD module (pricing, outputs, user exits, interfaces, IDoc).

Strong communication skills , both in French and English .

Analytical mind, rigor, sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders (functional and technical).
