• MBBS and Specialty degree and High Qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PHD, European Board (American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
• Experience not less than 20 years, 10 years after the high qualification will get Consultant level license;
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait.

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered surgical care within the scope of general surgery. You will be expected to lead a multidisciplinary team, contribute to surgical education and research, and participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans for patients.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment.
• Monitor post-operative recovery and manage any complications that may arise.
• Participate in the training and mentorship of junior surgical staff and medical students.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide consultations for patients referred by other healthcare providers.
