Integrated into the common pool between our 2 BUs Energy, Utilities & Environment, and Transport, Manufacturing & Retail, you will be supervised by experienced consultants and you will assist the business departments of our clients from our sectors (energy, utilities, passenger transport, freight transport, transport infrastructure, industry) on operational strategy missions and management consulting missions (organization, processes, information systems, human resources/change management, etc.) by responding to the following issues:

• Transformation of organizations : audit of organizations, business master plan, redesign of processes, organizations and governance,
• Regulatory development : study of regulatory texts and impact analysis, compliance of organizations and processes,
• Project management : framing, project management assistance, project management (PMO), change support,
• Marketing and customer relations : market research, customer segmentation, design of offers and services (marketing mix, business plan), CRM and customer knowledge, digital and multi-channel strategy,
• Growth and performance strategies : prospective studies, diversification of activities, financial modeling,
• Information Systems Management : IS master plans, opportunity and feasibility studies (business case), benchmarking and choice of solutions, support in implementation.

You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, around various subjects:

• The development and strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, and the dissemination of internal and external support,
• Developing new opportunities through responses to calls for tender and commercial proposals
• The team's publication policy (writing articles, decryption)
