Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret and report on various imaging studies, including X-ray, Computed tomography (CT), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, and Mammography.
  • Provide expert consultation to referring physicians on radiological findings and their clinical implications.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and accuracy of imaging procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior radiologists, residents, and radiologic technologists.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, tumor boards, and clinical team meetings.
  • Ensure appropriate use of radiological equipment and adherence to radiation safety protocols.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely radiology reports and documentation.
  • Contribute to departmental audits, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Radiology and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
  • Comply with ethical standards, patient confidentiality laws, and institutional policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBBS Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • British/Irish Qualified with CCST
  • Completed residency and fellowship training in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of post-specialization experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety, continuous learning, and quality care.
