Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery, such as excavators and forklifts, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the installation of structural components, including framing, roofing, and drywall, to create a solid foundation.
- Perform routine inspections of construction sites to identify hazards and implement corrective measures proactively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in math and physical sciences.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid to ensure workplace safety.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in construction or a related field, demonstrating practical skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
