Roles & Responsibilities


Job Overview
The Construction Site Supervisor shall be responsible for the construction and renovation of residential and commercial buildings (walls, prefabricated structures). You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
2.Prepare construction sites by cleaning them and setting up equipment.
3.Build foundations, walls, roofs, and other structural components.
4.Install windows, doors, and other fixtures.
5.Carry out skilled Building work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external.
6.Ground and building reactive maintenance and repairs.
7.Portering duties, moving furniture, waste, deliveries etc.
8.To establish effective working relationships and set a good example through your personal presentation and personal and professional conduct.
9.Using heavy machinery where required and appropriately
10.Erecting, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding
11.Understanding and working with technical drawings
12.Soundproofing or waterproofing structures.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant to the role with minimum 5 years hands- on construction experience (walls,prefabricated structures).
• Excellent knowledge of building materials and techniques.
