Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main site responsible person for the execution of the project
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
  • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the site progress
  • Manage site works documentation, follow up monthly, weekly, daily technical reports and compare it with the proposed project time schedules.
  • Hand over the final weekly report to the upper management.
  • Preparation of Materials Take off.
  • Providing engineering solutions for BuildIn site team members
  • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project
  • Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
  • Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors
  • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bcs. Degree in Architecture or civil engineering
  • High communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong site management skills
  • Experience in using (Autocad,Sap2000,Autocad structural drawing)
  • Experience in using Photoshop is preferred
  • Basic English language
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
