Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.


  • Manage day-to-day project execution for commercial, residential, and high-rise developments.
  • Lead project teams, including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and Saudi regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and audits.
  • Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and contractual obligations.
  • Implement risk management and change control processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / MS Office.
  • PMP certification required / strongly preferred; RMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
