Summery:

To lead, manage, and coordinate all civil engineering aspects of a construction project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Job Duties:

- Lead the planning and execution of civil construction projects from start to finish.

- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and health & safety regulations.

- Manage site operations and resolve technical issues during execution.

- Track and control construction costs to avoid budget overruns.

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.

- Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, NCRs, and variation orders.
