Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high‑rise projects in United Arab Emirates. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Lead day‑to‑day site operations for high‑rise construction projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures
  • Monitor progress, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and drive issue resolution
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
  • Manage risk and change control processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
  • Client must be based in the UAE (preferred)

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Concrete & Formwork Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of slip‑form, jump‑form and climbing‑form systems, post‑tensioned slabs and structural castings.
  • MEP Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing trades, review shop drawings, and resolve interface conflicts.
  • Contract Administration: Familiar with NEC/FIDIC contract clauses, variations management, claims avoidance, and cost control.
  • Software Proficiency: Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for scheduling AutoCAD/Revit for drawing review MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, BIM 360)
