Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, design drawings, and local regulations.
• Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, including their schedules, performance, and quality of work, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest MEP technologies, codes, and industry trends, continuously improving knowledge and ensuring project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in MEP construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
