Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are hiring a highly skilled Construction Manager - Mechanical. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills, proven leadership in managing large mechanical construction teams, and a solid understanding of safety, quality and project timelines.
- 1. Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2. Minimum 20+ years of total experience in mechanical construction within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- 3. At least 10 years of recent GCC experience in a Construction Manager role.
- 4. Strong command over project planning, resource allocation, and field execution.
- 5. Deep knowledge of HSE standards and construction best practices.
- 6. Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- 7. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors efficiently.
