Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage and supervise all construction activities for the training center to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and schedule
Desired Candidate Profile
1-Lead site operations for civil, architectural, and MEP construction. 2-Monitor contractor productivity, work methods, and daily progress. 3-Coordinate site logistics for football fields, gyms, utilities, and admin buildings. 4-Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards. 5-Apply SBC 201, SBC 801 (Fire Code), and project safety procedures. 6-Issue NCRs, site instructions, and ensure rectification of defects. 7-Report weekly progress to the Project Director.
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. 10–15 years site management experience.
