Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Oversee all construction phases from pre-planning to handover
Lead cross-functional teams of 50+ (engineers, contractors, vendors)
Enforce strict QA/QC protocols and safety compliance (OSHA/NEBOSH)
Manage project budgets exceeding $100M with 2% variance
Negotiate high-stakes contracts with Tier 1 subcontractors
Drive BIM 360/Digital Twin implementation across projects
Resolve critical path delays using Lean Construction methods
Liaise with government authorities for permits and inspections

Mandatory Technical Competencies

Advanced Proficiency:

  • Primavera P6 (Project Scheduling)
  • Bluebeam Revu (Digital Takeoffs)
  • Procore (Construction Management)
  • Navisworks (Clash Detection)

Certifications:

  • PMP (Required)
  • LEED AP/CMAA (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma (Asset)
Qualifications

15+ years vertical construction experience (high-rises, mixed-use, or infrastructure)
Bachelor s in Civil Engineering (Master s preferred)
Arabic/English fluency with executive-level reporting skills
Proven portfolio of delivered projects (attach case studies)
