What You ll Do

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* 3 5 years of experience in construction or site engineering roles
* Solid understanding of construction procedures, building materials, and safety laws
* Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
* Ability to read blueprints, review technical drawings, and identify design discrepancies
* Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
