Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all site construction activities according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Review and coordinate shop drawings and ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Track project schedules, report progress, and propose solutions for delays.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per codes and specifications.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and support quantity surveying activities.
  • Enforce safety regulations and company policies at the site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8 10 years of solid experience in construction projects (preferably residential, commercial, or administrative buildings).
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and preferably MS Project or Primavera.
  • Familiarity with Egyptian Building Codes and international standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Desired Candidate Profile
