Job Description

Your missions

Join the Research & Development department of Sopra HR Software and contribute to strategic projects around a key solution, deployed in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

As a Senior HR Access Developer, you will be a key player in:

  • The design and development of new modules and innovative functionalities.
  • Regulatory compliance and maintenance of existing solutions.
  • Analysis and translation of customer needs into technical specifications, up to design and production.
  • Close collaboration with Product Management and legal monitoring teams.
  • Technical supervision and skills development of junior developers.
  • Clear and regular reporting on project progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Degree in development engineering or university equivalent.
  • +3 years of experience in developing HR Access applications.
  • Strong interest in administrative management, payroll and HR.
  • Good command of the software development cycle.
  • Technical knowledge: COBOL, JavaScript, Linux, Oracle, SQL.
